The Erasmus MC Genomics Core Facility is seeking a highly motivated (bio)informatician who will play a key role in developing robust computational workflows, supporting our bioinformatics infrastructure, and driving reproducible, high-quality analyses. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on diverse research projects that leverage data from short- and long-read Whole-Genome Sequencing, transcriptomics, epigenomics, array genotyping, proteomics, and single-cell experiments derived from Illumina and Nanopore technologies.
You’ll contribute to the entire workflow from raw data processing to integrative analysis and visualization while collaborating closely with (inter)national researchers to turn complex biological questions into new insights.
